Welcome to NewSolScan. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NewSolScan website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by NewSolScan ("we," "our," or "us").

NewSolScan provides cryptocurrency token analysis tools for the Solana blockchain, including but not limited to:
- Token security analysis and scoring
- Liquidity and holder distribution analysis
- Trading volume and activity monitoring
- Paper trading simulation (virtual, non-real-money trading)
- Price alerts and watchlists
- Educational content about cryptocurrency analysis
The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be construed as, financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited
4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
5. Subscription and Payment
5.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial of our premium features. The trial begins upon account creation and requires no payment information.
5.2 Subscription Plans
After the free trial, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is $50 USD per month, billed monthly.
5.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
5.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
- Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service
- Submit false or misleading information
- Circumvent any security measures or access controls
7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NewSolScan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.
8. Paper Trading
The paper trading feature allows you to simulate cryptocurrency trading using virtual funds. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Paper trading uses simulated, not real, funds
- Paper trading results do not reflect actual trading performance
- Past paper trading performance does not guarantee future results
- Real trading involves significantly different risks and conditions
- Paper trading is for educational purposes only
9. Data and Analysis
9.1 Data Sources
Our analysis is based on publicly available blockchain data and third-party APIs. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all data is complete, accurate, or up-to-date.
9.2 Scores and Ratings
Token scores, ratings, and analysis provided by the Service are algorithmic assessments based on various factors. These scores:
- Are not guarantees of token quality, safety, or performance
- Should not be the sole basis for any investment decision
- May not reflect all relevant risks or factors
- Can change over time as conditions change

NEWSOLSCAN DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE.
The Service is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or token. - NON-INFRINGEMENT

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEWSOLSCAN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE
- ANY TRADING LOSSES OR INVESTMENT LOSSES
- ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
- ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
- ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR CONDUCT
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NewSolScan and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your trading or investment decisions
14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the decision shall be final and binding.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and NewSolScan regarding the Service.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
